Meet the team
Meet Charlie (he/him)
Charlie is a self-described data-nerd that loves a good event. His mission is to leave his community better than he found it. HDIC was founded on the same principle he uses to guide his day-to-day life: Don’t be a dick.
Charlie is a native of the DFW area and went to school at UTD and UNT to focus on nonprofit business management, social issues, and math. He even launched an independent record label named I Love Math Records. He’s applied his analytical & marketing skills across a wide swath of industries, always looking for data-supported growth opportunities for his employers. With over a decade of digital marketing experience, and after years of being the guy in “I know a guy,” he launched Hunter Digital Insights Consulting (HDIC) to focus on the growth of his entire community.

Meet Kiara (she/her)
Kiara is our master of organization and getting things done. Her mission is to make a positive impact on the community - in every capacity possible. She believes in #supportinglocal and is a vocal advocate for small businesses, artists, musicians and local area nonprofits.
She graduated from UNT with a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus in business, marketing and nonprofit studies. She began her work in the nonprofit sector when she co-founded Friends With Benefits · Denton in 2013 , a 501c3 non-profit that organizes events which benefit other non-profit organizations. Kiara believes in the power of leveraging digital media to influence social change, because she has seen the benefits of it firsthand.
Her versatile skill set makes Kiara our go-to for SquareSpace website design, campaign logistics, creative strategy, and local event consulting. From 5k’s and music festivals to luncheons and banquets - she’s your girl.
When she’s not working, you can find Kiara spending time with Charlie and their fur-babies (pictured below), Downtown Denton, a local concert or charity event.
